Need answer fast! What's for dinner?

Got a pound of hamburger thawed, and the cupboards are full of pasta and sides.

So... what's for dinner tonight?

(This is a repost, but it's accurate most days.)

Pizza might be good. I use naan and a homemade pesto (doesn't take but a couple of minutes to make). I need to get some more naan. And probably some more basil.
