Last post by SepiaAndDust - Nov 02, 2024, 09:25 PM
A new writing tool for timed sprints is up.
Set a theme, a font, a time, and start. When you're done, copy your work or save it as a text file.
We'll be adding micro-prompts to it shortly.
Hope you like it!

Sprints, Dares, & Prompts / October Microsprints. Theme: T...
Last post by Jamison - Oct 01, 2024, 07:02 AM
October is upon us! Watch out for ghoulies and ghosties, long-leggety beasties, and things that go bump in the night. Better yet, tell us their stories!

This month's theme is Thrills & Chills. Bring us spirits and goblins and werebeasts and all manner of frightful supernatural goings-on.

Microsprints are sprints of up to 100 words. You can go a little over, but just a little. Edit or don't edit, either way is fine. Do as many as you like.

Enjoy!

Seems to be getting near the season (we have a Dead Like Me marathon every October leading up to Halloween).

Was the answer to one of the Heardle games yesterday, and I liked it enough to Shazam it and add it to my Spotify library.

5. 4theWords - https://app.4thewords.com
Free for 15 days, then $4/month. Not a traditional tracking tool. 4thewords gamifies your goals. You log in and write words to defeat monsters. This has a pay-as-you-go system instead of locking you into a subscription.

(4theWords has updated to a free with paid benefits model, instead of the pay as you go model they had before. Still a good program that might scratch the right itch for you)
